  If you're willing to fork over the money for it, get the Le Mer hand creme. It's amazing.
  
  And now my hippie side: breast milk. My hands were bleeding the first week or so. I used breast milk and they cleared right up.

  I actually love premier Dead Sea products body butter for my hands. It's awesome! I also use curel ultra healing, which is cheaper. My hands are super chapped this time of year and really nothing works 100% my mom always swore by Vaseline and sticking your hands in socks overnight... Sadly that's not an option right now :-)

  I use Triple Lanolin with Aloe Vera from Sally Beauty Supply. It works wonders on my older daughters excema also.
