Hi Ladies - I have been lurking for a few days, and I have decided it's time to introduce myself.  I am an occasional poster on GP on the Nest, and was urged to check out this board because you are a helpful bunch :)  Here's my story:  DH and I have been married since 2009 and trying since October 2011.  We went through IF testing in Oct. 2012 to get an unexplained diagnosis.  I tried clomid in Dec and got a BFP on the first cycle, unfortunately we lost the pregnancy at 9 weeks.  We were taking a break and ended up with a surprise natural BFP in April 2013, but had a missed MC at 8 weeks.  I had a D&C, and found out there was a random chromosome abnormality.  I had all of the blood work for repeat loss, but it didn't provide any answers.  We took another little break until August 2013.  Since August I have had 4 IUI's, 2 on clomid and 2 on injectables - all BFNs.  We have an appointment in the middle of January to discuss IVF.  I'm so excited and nervous about the possibilities.  I am starting to put together my list of questions I want to ask my RE.  I'm sure I'll have plenty of questions for you ladies too.  I wish you all the best in your journeys.

    Welcome!  So sorry to hear about your losses.  I had a CP once and I had a hard enough time with that....I can't even imagine an 8 or 9 week loss.  I wish you lots of luck moving forward.  Hopefully you won't have to stay long.

    I'm very sorry to hear about your losses. We have had quite a few losses on this journey too. We are pursuing IVF with PGD to determine whether or not the embryos are normal before we transfer them. Hopefully, this will result in a success.

    Welcome and I'm sorry for your losses.  If you are moving forward with IVF, I would definitely question if PGS is available to you.  Good luck with your appointment.

    Thank you all for your warm welcome.  I am going to ask about PGD at my appointment.  I know it usually isn't covered by insurance, so cost will certainly be a factor.  I am very lucky to have great IF insurance, but I'm assuming PGD won't be covered.
