Durham Daycare

Anyone have any recommendations for daycare in Durham?  I live north of Durham and work downtown. My husband works in RTP.  We visited Bright Horizons in RTP and it was great but extremely expensive!

    I am in the same boat, although we live in Rolesville we work in RTP and I haven't found anything affordable...

    The good 5 star daycares in Durham will run 1000-1200/month.

    Bright Horizons is probably the most expensive center in the area!  (But I have many friends with kids there and they think it's great!) 

    I work in RTP and live in SW Durham.  Some other rec's from personal experience or friend experience in SW Durham area...

    Goddard School on Fayetteville Rd.
    Children's Campus at Southpoint
    Primrose School Hope Valley
    Greenwood School

    I've heard kids r kids is pretty good. Still expensive. Also there is a creative school in morrisville that was less $ and seemed great! Not sure where you work but duke offers some discounts to affiliated daycares. You could look into that ( with your employer)
