Last TP of the year

Mine goes to my boyfriend, who won't help me clean up, or take the dogs for a walk, before we have people over tonight. Because he's watching a show on Netflix, about how to lose weight!

I have pointed out that doing one of the above would help him more than sitting on his ass, watching a show about it. Suggestion did not go over well.

Re: Last TP of the year

  • I will TP whoever gave me the stomach virus coodies. We didn't have big plans for tonight anyway but I didn't want to spend it in the bathroom. 8-X

  • TP to my DH who's been a grumpy sour puss since coming down with a cold 2 days ago. Poor baby! I guess he forgot last week when that happened to me and I still got on with my life without snapping at him over stupid stuff. Men can be such babies!
  • My last TP is to all my so called 'friends' who have spent the last 5 New Years with us but completely ditched us this year as I suggested a quiet dinner instead of the standard crazy club.

I also and furiously mad and very desperately wanting to TP a shop in Etsy for completely screwing me over for an order and for not helping me resolve my issue. They sent a shipment damaged and when I requested a refund they first want me to ship it back in order to process a refund. The shipping back will cost me $50 and the item costs only $100. Please don't buy from Etsy unless you are willing to risk losing your money X(
  • I'd like to TP myself for thinking that making a "quick appearance" at a NYE party was a good idea.

  • Mine is dedicated to my dog who decided it would be fun to start peeing as I was walking him. Not on a tree or fire hydrant or something, but the middle of the sidewalk as he was walking. He peed all over my foot and the back of his legs.

Second TP to the little kid walking behind us laughing.

  • I'd like to TP DH right now.  I texted him earlier that I'm really craving crab legs and lobster for dinner tonight and that he should pick me up on his way home from work so we can go to the store and get some.  Instead, I get a text later on that he's at the bar with a coworker!  Thanks for thinking of your pg wife and her cravings!!!  He's trying to be nice now, but it's too late dude!

  • My final TP goes to my throat. I got that cough, fever and congestion thing. Fever is gone but the cough is still here and has left my throat feeling unbearable. I think an actual TP might feel better than it does right now.
  • Can I TP DH?  He got angry at me for not wanting to go to a New Year's party tonight.  I worked all day, picked up DS (who hasn't napped, BTW), made 2 trays of cheese potatoes for said party. And..oh yeah..I'm 8 MONTHS PREGNANT!
I'm tired and cranky, DS is tired and cranky. I have no interest in driving to and from a party in yucky Michigan weather with a cranky child and drunken DH.

My last one goes to my cat House, who refuses to cover his stinky shits, and takes a giant one right before people come over. Keeping it classy.

You named your cat House...did you expect him to NOT be a dick?
My dyslexia taking over- I kept reading this as house cat. Lolz

  • @bribbon Oh no! That is definitely a bummer. Looking on the bright side, at least there's more for you?

  • Last TP of 2013 going to DH for having a (going on) 6 hour call of duty party in the garage instead of helping with the nursery. In addition it doesn't look like he's trying to make his friends leave so we can actually spend tonight alone. Woot.

  • I would like to TP a nurse I work with at work. She thinks I shouldn't even bother breastfeeding because I will be coming back to work. And apparently babies will automatically refuse a bottle once they've had breast.

That doesn't even make sense, I know it happens sometimes but if it was ALL the time they wouldn't sell pumps.

TP to my mother and brother, the only major source of stress in my life. The two people who without even contacting them had me in tears all day monday because of their stupid bullshit after finding out about my aunts death. TP to her for her inability to be an adult and do something with her life. TP to her for not being able to prioritize and think about doing what she needed to in order to make sure she could see her grandson when he comes. TP to her for less than adequate parenting of my brother. TP to him for being such a little fucktard and not being able to control himself. TP to him for not caring nearly as much as others care and TP to him for being so disrespectful to those who could make the biggest difference in his life.

ETA: Sorry about this mini rant. I'm extremely emotional right now over my mother/brother. DH has made it clear he does not want my brother anywhere near our son, which I understand and although it hurts, I ultimately agree with. Currently, we are working towards making a similar decision about what type of involvement if any we will have with my mother. It's a tough decision - completely writing someone out of your life.

Thanks Ladies. I'm sure we will make the decision that is best for our little family, and I'm the one always saying that the best decision are not always the easiest. Now I get to really invoke that mantra, ironic, huh?

But on a good note- it's the beginning of a new year, a year that is sure to be one of, if not the most fulfilling year of my life. <3

Your coworker is ill-informed. Refusing the bottle has more to do with waiting too long to introduce it (start trying at 4-6 weeks). I continued to EBF both my kids after going back to work, until each of them was 6 months old! I didn't work in a medical office, but I did work in a research lab--guessing it can be done in a medical office if you schedule pumping time :)
That's what I thought! Thanks for the advice. :)
