Declining a second shower

My son will be 2 when my daughter is born in February. My SIL keeps telling me that she wants to throw a shower for the second baby, and I'm totally not into it at all. We got all gender neutral stuff the first time around, I've been buying clothes as I see stuff I like, and I really don't need or want a second shower. I've said no about a hundred times so far, and she's not listening. Without coming off like Emily Post, how can I explain to her that it's tacky and awkward?
