Round ligament pain or something more serious

I can't find the pp about this but I've been having an almost constant achy pain on my lower abdomen just on the right side. Is this round ligament pain or a bigger cause for concern?

    I had that at Christmas. They found I had a bladder infection.

    For how long has the pain lasted? If it is a constant ache that doesn't let up at all for days, then I'd call your doc. If it's just a few min or hours, probably RLP. And don't be surprised, RLP can hurt like hell. I had the WORST RLP this morning...I was literally doubled over at my desk and my boss was freaking out saying he was going to call 911. I told him no, and after about 2 min it went away and so far hasn't come back. The exact same thing happened to me a week or so ago, and the nurse said it was normal...otherwise I would have let him call 911!

    @zolastele It's been a couple says I'm not hunched over in pain but it is uncomfortable. And it's been constant

    Ugh glad you posted this. I have been hurtin since last night at bed time. Is there anyway to alleviate it? Heating pad doesn't really help and I feel like my body is just laughing at me when I take Tylenol

    This is what I was thinking. You might want to get it checked out if it hasn't gone away. I had an emergency appendectomy earlier this year and it wasn't fun, but could have been worse if it had burst. You don't want to go down that road.
