Boss is sick, spreading germs

My manager just came back from vacation and has a horrible cough.  We're a small department, it's only myself and him in a small office.  Unfortunately, he doesn't keep distance from me, communicates within range at his leisure, and even sits nearby at times.  I spray the room with disinfectant when he steps away, wash my hands regularly, and got my flu shot.  He's taking some cough syrup but it's a health hazard with him saying that he won't get me (and my baby!) sick.  I kindly recommended him to rest at home or go to the doctor soon since it might get worse later, says it's a waste of time.  To add more to his decisions, he rarely washes his hands and said before he doesn't get blood drawn (preventive care, some have beliefs but he says he's more comfortable with shots). Anyone else dealing with severely sick co-workers who don't practice basic care to prevent spreading illness?  It's really frustrating especially trying to take care of myself when pregnant.
