Aside from the usual suspects (facebook, pinterest, twitter, and the bump, obviously) what are your favorite or most visited websites? Why do you like them so much?

The thread about goals and resolutions made me think of this.

Two of my favorite websites are 43Things and Chowhound.

I like 43Things because it helps me keep track of my goals, and really, to record parts of my life, all while being supported by other goal-driven people. And I like Chowhound because combing the various threads there has taught me a lot about working with food, and has helped to make me a better cook.

I read the Huffington Post every night before bed. And Buzzfeed, lots of different articles, anything from silly to serious.

Etsy, though that may be considered a "usual suspect" as it's pretty common on here.

I like worldmarket.com for shopping.

I also like foodgawker.com for recipe ideas.

I somehow forgot about etsy. I guess being broke and forbidding myself to even open that page will do that.

I also forgot about how awesome Quora is. I love it because I learn a lot and it entertains me.

Cracked.com. I actually use the iPad app more than the actual website, but I love their articles. Also failbook when I'm really really bored.

Amazon, because I like to window shop and create wish lists. I also create lists of gifts to get other people so when a holiday/bday comes around I'm not scrambling to come up with a gift idea.

Thanks. People are always casually mentioning something that they need but then when gift time comes around I can never remember what it was that they wanted.
