    PIO went better this morning. Yesterday it hurt for hours. Only 4 days until transfer!

    TTC since 3/2011 Adenomyosis, LPD, hypothyroidism. 
    BFP on 7/20/12 after 4 cycles Clomid + IUI 
    2 large subchorionic hematomas & no heartbeat at 7w6d   
    D&E 8/18/12 Sonohysterography found septum and necrotic tissue.   
    Hysteroscopy to remove both 10/5
    IUI #5-7 50mg Clomid + trigger = BFN  
    IUI #8 Femara + Bravelle + HCG + Progesterone = BFP 3/27/13
    Beta 1 (13dpo) = 169  Beta 2 (17dpo) = 1073  No heartbeat at 9w3d. 
    D & C 5/10/13  Triploidy 69 (paternal inherited)
    IVF #1 with ICSI and PGS 11R 8M 5F 2 biopsied/frozen
    PGS results = 1 with trisomy 13 & 1 good embryo for FET 
    FET #1 EV, estrace, nitro patches.  Cancelled due to thin lining
    FET #1.2 oral estrace, f'ing nitro patches and no delestrogen.  Transfer 12/31. BFN

    Thinking positive thoughts for those in their 2WW and best of luck to those w/BFNs and cancelled cycles.  

    Updates--other than being absolutely starving every 2-3 hours, nothing much new.

    QOTW:  when will this day be over?  Christmas on a Wednesday followed by two days of work is brutal.

    Hope you get some good news @LSN8308, did you POAS or waiting until the bloodwork results?

    Our Novel of TTC:

    *Male Factor (low count and low motility), High Prolactin, and Polycystic Ovaries (March 2013)
    *Recurrent Miscarriage testing also revealed high anti-phospholipids & single MTHFR mutation. (Feb 2014) 

    *IVF (07/2013): BFP-Natural Miscarriage @ 5 weeks* <3 Madison Riley <3
    *FET #1 (10/2013): BFN
    *FET #2 (12/2013)- BFP-Missed Miscarriage at 8 weeks <3 Kyle Andrew <3
    *Chromosomes and Karotyping tests were both normal.We lost a healthy baby boy :(
    *FET #3 (04/2014) was cancelled after finding Chronic Endometritis
    *Miraculous BFP July 2014!! (I was taking baby aspirin and Cabergoline to stay regulated while "taking a break from TTC" and waiting to consult with a reproductive immunologist!!!) 

    Our healthy baby girl was born 03/10/15 thanks to daily Lovenox injections and baby aspirin. There are no words for how grateful I am for our rainbow baby. <3

    My bfn has left me in pretty bad shape. I'm sad, depressed and hello new emotion, angry! Made an appt with a different clinic for mid January. I feel like I need to take back some control and see a new dr.

     We are officially in the 2WW. Yesterday we transferred 2 of our 5D expanding blasts. Beta is Jan 7th. I feel like if I POAS and it's negative, I will quit the dreaded PIO injections... so planning on holding out til beta.

     Sending lots of positive vibes & hugs to those who need them!

     QOTW: Currently feeling annoyed because my "lovely" in-laws are staying with us this weekend. Wish me luck!

    BFN yesterday at 8dp5dt which I'm sure is accurate, beta is Monday which I'm considering rescheduling until I can meet with Dr same day and get started on FET for January.

    Me: 32, DH: 34.
    Trying since Jan 2011. Unexplained IF.
    2 IUIs = BFN.
    1 IVF (Dec 2013) = BFN.
    FET, 2 frosties (June 13, 2014)

    14dp5dt-June 27 -BFP, beta 2061. 2nd beta >5000, 3rd beta >5000, 2 sacs 06/30.
    Twin Girls - 02/11/15 - at 37 weeks (no NICU, home with me at 3 days).

    BETA was an 8 at 8dp5dt.  Its very low and is most likely a chemical. I had a chemical last IVF and BETA was a 5 at 9dp5dt.  I go in tomorrow for repeat BETA and then will have to figure out what to do next. 

    Not sure where to go from here since I feel like we have tried everything and there is still no reason for our BFN and chemicals.  Uhhh I hate this.

    6 Failed IUIs (Clomid and Gonal F).  
    IVF #1 began August 2013- BC, 4 days of Estrace, stimmed with Gonal F and Menopur, Ganirelix, 9R 5M 5F, Medrol and Doxycycline, 5 day transfer of 2 early blastocysts- good quality, Progesterone, Estrace, and baby aspirin, BETA on 9/20 BFN,   IVF #2 began September 2013, stimming with Gonal F (higher dose) and Menopur, Ganirelix, 18R 14M 9F with ICSI, 5 day transfer of 2 BBs one was starting to hatch, 2 frosties: 1  BB and 1 AC, BETA on 10/21, BFN BETA was a 5- chemical 
    Getting some more testing and trying to figure out what the issue is before FET in December, started acupuncture on 11/10, RLP and some other BW nothing major to report except slightly high Prolactin. Prolactin was slightly high when I started with my RE and I already had an MRI which was Neg.  Endo biopsy=negative.  WTF is wrong with us???
    12/18/13 FET of 1 BB and 1 AC.  Hoping for a miracle.  Beta 12/26 Low BETA-8 2nd BETA 5- chemical
    After 3 failed transfers IDK where to go from here.  Still no real answers as to why this isn't working.  Getting a second opinion in February and looking into immune testing.  
    2/14- NEW RE- Immune testing showed a partial dq alpha match with DH- On prednisone and did intralipids prior to transfer.  3/14 Lupron, gonal f, menopur, HGH.  ER 15 mature all 15 fertilized!  5dt of an early blast grade 1 and an expanded blast grade 2.  BETA on 4/21.  1 grade 2 embryo frozen
    BETA #1 59 BETA #2 148 BETA #3 283 BETA #4 2,783! US at 6w2d shows 1 bean measuring right on track! HR 121.  US at 8w3d measuring on track HR 177. Released form my RE.  EDD 12/28

    I'm so sorry. I know how you feel. I too will be seeing a new RE in February and getting additional testing. It doesn't make any sense why this isn't working for us.  Let's hope 2014 brings better news! Hang in there.

    Still stimming. January 2 now for e.r. Giving time for some smalls to catch up. I am happy to be still in the cycle, but missing home.

    DH 38- Low Everything
    Me 33- AMH .9
    Married 11 years
    2002-current IUIs, meds, natural = All BFN

    Aug. '13  Attempt at IVF #1 with Lurpon Flare- Canceled due to ovulation through Lupron.
    Sept. '13 - We will try again with EPP.

    October '13 Started BCP for December IVF. Long Lupron protocol. Canceled due to ovulation through Lupron.

    April '14 Planning IVF attempt #3. Adding Cetrotide. Doc consult at the end of this month.

    Lots of positive thoughts for those in the 2ww, cancelled or waiting to cycle. Congrats to the BFPs.

    I've been laying around all day. I'm on the tail end of a moderate case of OHSS so this is a marked improvement from last week. I am celebrating the reappearance of my belly button.

    So its officially a chemical.  Beta went from 8 to 5.  So upset.  This is my third transfer and second chemical.  IDK where to go from here.

    IVF #1 began August 2013- BC, 4 days of Estrace, stimmed with Gonal F and Menopur, Ganirelix, 9R 5M 5F, Medrol and Doxycycline, 5 day transfer of 2 early blastocysts- good quality, Progesterone, Estrace, and baby aspirin, BETA on 9/20 BFN,   IVF #2 began September 2013, stimming with Gonal F (higher dose) and Menopur, Ganirelix, 18R 14M 9F with ICSI, 5 day transfer of 2 BBs one was starting to hatch, 2 frosties: 1  BB and 1 AC, BETA on 10/21, BFN BETA was a 5- chemical 
    Getting some more testing and trying to figure out what the issue is before FET in December, started acupuncture on 11/10, RLP and some other BW nothing major to report except slightly high Prolactin. Prolactin was slightly high when I started with my RE and I already had an MRI which was Neg.  Endo biopsy=negative.  WTF is wrong with us???
    12/18/13 FET of 1 BB and 1 AC.  Hoping for a miracle.  Beta 12/26 Low BETA-8 2nd BETA 5- chemical
    After 3 failed transfers IDK where to go from here.  Still no real answers as to why this isn't working.  Getting a second opinion in February and looking into immune testing.  
    2/14- NEW RE- Immune testing showed a partial dq alpha match with DH- On prednisone and did intralipids prior to transfer.  3/14 Lupron, gonal f, menopur, HGH.  ER 15 mature all 15 fertilized!  5dt of an early blast grade 1 and an expanded blast grade 2.  BETA on 4/21.  1 grade 2 embryo frozen
    BETA #1 59 BETA #2 148 BETA #3 283 BETA #4 2,783! US at 6w2d shows 1 bean measuring right on track! HR 121.  US at 8w3d measuring on track HR 177. Released form my RE.  EDD 12/28

    Congrats to the BFPs and HUGS to those that need them. My beta is 12/31. I have been incredibly emotional and irritable this time around, especially today. I've been crying all day pretty much over things/issues I definitely wouldn't cry about otherwise. I know it's due to pio shots but it's weird that they're kicking in the most weeks after I've started. I'm trying to be hopeful that it's bc I'm pregnant, but I'm scared it's PMS. Anyone else get super emotional towards the end of their 2ww? I refuse to test early, even though it might give me some answers.

    Congrats, @LSN8308! Nice increase! My 2nd beta came back at 1873 today (from 530 on Friday). Whoo hoo! RE actually is having us come in for first u/s on Thursday.

    Began TTC #1 in Sept. 2010. I was 33, DH was 36.. Dx with DOR and slight MFI (8/4/11).

    Test results (after first RE visit 6/21/11): 7DPO b/w: Progesterone = 11.3; CD3 b/w: FSH = 10.1 mUnits/mL, E2= 52.0 pg/mL, AFC: 6; SIS Ultrasound: Uterus great, tubes clear! AMH: 0.3 

    IUI#1 June 2012 (Follistim/HCG trigger): BFN 
    IUI#2 July 2012 (Follistim/HCG trigger): BFN 
    IUI#3 August 2012 (Follistim/HCG trigger): CP (Beta #1: 4.61, Beta #2: 1.0) 
    IUI#4 October 2012 (Follistim, ovulated before trigger, missed IUI, converted to TI): BFN 
    Jan. 2013 New RE
    IVF #1 June 2013 MDL Protocol. Converted to IUI#4.1. (High E2 and 3+ mature follicles at first monitoring.) BFFN

    Ive joined the cancelled and delayed ladies. Thyroid came back extreme low this time. Went from 5.9 to 1.3..... I think thats fishy so I got a new med and will be retested in 3 weeks. Hoping to join the January group. Best wishes ladies!

    April 2014: Lost 30lbs, got my thyroid under control. Started IVF 

    May: BFP! EDD 1/6/2015 Heatbeat 167!

    Now: Canyon James born 12/30/14 at 6:21pm via emergency c section. 9 lbs 19 1/2 inches

    First of all, hugs and prayers to everyone, especially those who didn't get their "wish" for this cycle!

    My beta #2 was today with a level of 8,288 (the first one was 2475). I am actually a little concerned with these high numbers, we only transferred one embryo. I asked my nurse if this was in a normal range and she said that there really were no 'normals" that the numbers can vary so much.

    Excited for sure, just curious about it all. Ultrasound is Jan. 7th.
