What a nice board :)

There are a few boards that I post a bit on and a few that I lurk on a bit and I want to say that this is one of the nicest boards that I have seen!  I rarely see any snarky comments or rudeness like I see on some of the others.  I want to say that we have a classy bunch of ladies here!

    Me-41, Hubby-40.
    1st BFP-8/17/12!  Missed Miscarriage discovered @ 8 week US.  D&C.
    2nd BFP-2/13/13!  Blighted Ovum discovered @ 8 week US. Natural miscarriage.
    3rd BFP-5/22/13!  By early June, progesterone plummeting.  Another loss.
    August 2013 - started Donor Egg process, but surprise BFP with my own eggs.

    Wow... I started lurking on the 1st Trimester board in the past couple of weeks and I don't think I will go back, despite being 4 weeks pregnant. I like a little snark now and then, but nasty snark has a different feel. After several months on the TTC>35 board, it was a rude awakening. Too many hormones, perhaps. :)

    Hope you ladies will let me crash here!

    I only lurk on the first tri board. I'd NEVER post about ANYTHING on there. You can get attacked for the simplest question or comment. I pnly post here or in my birth club board.

    I am in my third tri also and have found that the third tri board isn't so bad. My birth month board is full of people looking to start drama so I stay away from posting in there.

    yes this board is very calm.  So nice.  I post on a few other board and some I really watch what I post or I dont post much at all.

    I really think this board is so nice because we are all in our middle 30s or older.  The other boards have all different ages.  Age does sometimes make a difference.

    I know! There are a few women there who seem to wait to attack newly pregnant women. I rarely see those same women post in ANY other board. It's like some weird fetish...

    Agreed!! I know I don't post a lot on this board, but some of those other boards are nasty! 
    Wonder if age has anything to do with it?

    This post is such a relief. I was attacked on the 1st tri board out of nowhere and have just watched two other posters ganged up on and ripped to shreds. I was about to give up on the bump but after reading this post I realise it's just that board that had the problem I think I will start posting here more instead :)

    I've just confirmed that I'm pregnant with my second, and I came to the forums out of sheer excitement. (Our road to parenthood has not been easy or short either time.). After reading a few threads in first tri, I was about ready to say this is not for me. This lovely and supportive forum has changed my mind. Thank you.

    I have also been made to feel stupid by a few ladies who are not moms claiming that I shouldn't be a mom(I have 1 child already). I do agree, age has to play a factor but also potentially one's upbringing. Anyhow, glad to be here and am hoping none of those ppl come onto this board and if so, we will all stick together.
