Table Food Question

So what are pretty standard table food items that you can feed a seven month old with a couple of teeth?  I have heard about cheerios and pizza crust but is there anything else that is pretty standard at this stage?  I am thinking along the lines of BLW for the faint of heart...the kinds of foods that maybe our parents would let our LOs have.

We are doing BLW and you would be surprised at what they can actually "chew" with just their gums.
DS loves cheerios and can chew them up really well.  He only has two and a half teeth (half a tooth because his third one has just poked out...haha)  I guess anything on the softer side or that gets really mushy would be good for easy chewing.

I'm not a big fan of raw veggies or raw harder fruits (apples, pears, mango, etc.) because even without many teeth, my babies can bite off large chunks of these and we had one scary choking incident with a stick of raw mango. Just my own opinion.

Does your baby have the pincer grip down? If so, I'd start with Cheerios, blueberries cut in half, peas. If not, then as a PP suggested, I would offer sticks of ripe banana, ripe avocado, roasted sweet potato - stuff that mushes really well between their gums.

I've never heard of offering pizza crust - I would think that would be pretty salty unless you make the dough yourself?

ETA - other good things to give once they have the pincer grip are cooked beans - kidney beans, chickpeas, black beans, etc.

If they don't have the pincer grip yet, toast fingers are good as they go soft and mushy in their mouths. Try spreading hummus, smashed beans or lentils or avocado on the toast for extra nutrients.
