I have the Medela Harmony and I love it. Its small enough to bring for nights out, and I tend to get more when I use it.

I love my Avent (Isis?) manual. It has a silicone flange cover that 'massages' around the areola. It's small and works really quickly (less than 5 minutes for the same output as my double electric after 8-10 min).
ETA: My only gripe is that it isn't compatible with all of the Medela storage bottles I have. Obviously.

I absolutely love my medela harmony. I only pump once a day and 90% of the time use my harmony over my double electric because I love it so much. I found that I can pump more, faster with the harmony. I highly reccomend it!
