    Ditto that - but it's just rain down here.  It put a serious damper on our zoo plans for today :(

    Do you have the 0 degree weather there too like we have in Ohio? Last night, it was -17 degrees with the windchill factor. Today, the high will be 12. Awesome.

    I agree!  I live to the south of you (Portland) and my DH was home most of last week.  Well, that wouldn't be so bad except for the fact that he took this week and next off and has been planning to all year.  Three weeks straight might just make me lose my chit too!

    It's not that cold here, maybe in the 20s? The problem is that WA is a joke when it snows, there is like one old man with a plow somewhere and clearly it's not here because we're completely snowed in and I haven't been able to go anywhere since Friday. I'm GOING NUTS!!

    Also, I am pretty sure that my nanny isn't going to make it here today. Yet another day alone with five kids and unable to leave the house. WOO HOO!!!

    it's been negative for the last week here, with WINDCHILL (sorry newlywed, that bugged me for some reason) it has been -30 and -40 the last week... I HATE it

    That's definitely no fun. Time to whip out the board games and bake some cookies I guess, huh? That's what we do here when we are snowed in. I have a feeling this is going to be a very cold and bad winter....

    I am in WA too, on the Kitsap Peninsula.  We haven't gone anywhere in about 5 days and I am about to lose it too.  Snow here is a joke and not only that but our temps rise just enough that it starts to melt and then freezes again each night!  Which is ridiculous for my husband who commutes over an hour each way.  Hopefully it will clear up enough for Christmas plans this week.  GL to you all!
