Another Cloth Diaper Post - Possible Free Diaper!

Sincere there have been a few CD posts this morning, thought I'd post this.

One of my absolute favorite non-commercially made diapers (although, her operation has gotten bigger, so maybe I can't make that claim any longer - in any case it's a mom-owned business) are Twinkie Tush diapers. These are fitteds, not cheap, but the best diapers we own. We use them primarily overnight, since they are amazingly absorbent (the few times we tried paper diapers overnight, we always had leaks. Never had leaks with these, especially when paired with wool).

They hit 6,000 Facebook fans the other day, so they are planning a giveaway, and if they hit 6,200 by the end of today they'll double the giveaway. So if you're so inclined, visit their FB page and hit like... and then try to resist the cuteness.

OMG they are ridiculously cute! Just liked them and will definitely be looking into them! How come you don't use them as much during the day, just out of curiosity?

Soo cute! One issue for me is, I don't have facebook any more and will never have one again. (Family drama) But that diaper is so adorable!

@MommyP710 They are fitted diapers, which mean they ONLY have absorbent parts, not waterproof in and of themselves. You have to use a cover of some sort. For the newborn period, I will likely do mostly fitteds, so that's no biggie for me. But once we are in some sort of daycare situation, I tend to try to make it as user friendly and easy for the provider as possible, so I usually do pocket diapers, since they are all one piece and very similar to paper diapers.

I LOVE Twinkie tush! I have probably about 40 of them. Her nighttime diapers are great too. Well worth the price!

So do you need to put a cover over that beautiful rainbow diaper?

Yes and no. Without a cover, DD would often last a couple of hours before getting it too wet to deal with. But to keep it totally waterproof, you'd need a cover. I never minded.
