Anyone's LO not want to eat when teeth were coming in? Ella went from 6-7 oz to 3-4 oz every 3 hrs.. Ears are fine ..the DR said throat was a little irritated but that was 4 days ago
Yes. I fought him to get 18 oz of formula in him a day... Usually he will chug his 6 oz bottles and cry when they're gone. Not so much before his teeth came in. Once they broke through he went back to normal eating though. I just made sure to give him a sippy cup of water often.

@arschm02 I can't remember how log it took or how Ella acted when her first two teeth came in..it was 4 months ago and a lot has happened since ..I know she was fussy for a while..how long did it take for your LOs teeth to erupt?
I'm not sure what's up with DD these days but she went from 24-26 oz a day to 16-20. I assume it's related to teething (since she has none and they have got to be coming at some point!!!) but I really don't know for sure.
Another teething question... thought I'd just add it to this thread. LO still has no teeth, but when they finally do come through, how long does it take for them to look like a complete tooth? Like, not just a nub?

Good question. Alex's two bottom teeth came in at the same time--1 week ago. You can tell there are two teeth there but I can feel that only 1 has broken through the skin..his nub. The other seems to be protruding more forward. I feel like they will never come all the way up! Eta: the joys of it being 4:28 and wide awake.
@skidderdo and @smiles21866 it depends on every baby.. Some grow in all the way right away..we are going on 3 months an her two bottom teeth are only 3/4 of the way fully erupted

Glad to see we are not the only toothless bunch.
