Food

What foods do you like to eat help you stay full? I have to eat every hour or I start to feel nauseous. Blah!

    Bland carbs (lightly sweetened cereal, steamed potatoes, white rice) have helped, lots of really cold, fresh fruits and veggies. They clean my palate and keep that gross feeling away. I am also snacking on these organic ginger chews my husband bought me. All I have to do is smell them sometimes and it calms my tummy. Oh, and tons and tons of water! 

    Hope it passes soon!

    Oatmeal always worked for me.
    A baked sweet potato with butter or cream cheese is amazing too.

    Veggie broth with potatoes, carrots & sliced, peeled cooked cucumbers is amazing.
