  "In the Arms of the Angels" makes me cry anyway let alone adding in all the sad lonely puppies and kittens. But then this infomercial came on which made me almost cry from laughing and brightened my night!

  I've been watching Law and Order SVU marathons the last few days, and those commercials are on practically back to back. It's brutal!

  Recently, a UNICEF kids one keeps popping up on our TV and the 1st time my 4 yr old daughter saw it, it made her cry which made me cry!

  happily married since 2009, SAHM
  diagnosed with unexplained infertility, regular cycles
  Baby #1: ttc naturally for 3 years, 6 yr old daughter
  Baby #2: ttc naturally for 2 years, 2 yr old son
  Baby #3: ttc naturally since August 2016

  I'm not cold hearted I swear. But I turn the channel or mute the TV. I hate these commercials, and the ones about little children in other countries who don't have clean water. There are plenty of children here I would rather help, and I know that they are in need but ugh, I just want to watch Say Yes To The Dress...

  I've been watching the same thing and its like they just rotate between the two I put the tv on mute and leave the room fora while.

  I watched "Blackfish" the other night (the documentary about Seaworld and the multiple attacks/deaths related to captive orca whales) and was crying so hard when they talked about the babies being separated from there moms in the wild and that the moms didn't run away but kept trying to get back into the nets with their babies. Or when they took a captive orcas baby and the moms did long distance vocalizations to try and talk to their babies and wouldn't swim and just convulsed in corners of the tanks for days :[

  Those commercials get me too! I always stop what I'm doing to watch...especially the abused animals commercial where it says "I didn't mean to make you mad." If you haven't seen it...total tear jerker! I used to watch those feed the children informercials when I was younger and those stories had me as well! Now I sponsor a girl in Burkina Faso and love that I'm helping her out.
