Maybe she can find a pair on sale. I see them on haute look sometimes for 1/2 price. Not sure if that's still too pricey. But if her feet are done growing, she could wear them forever!
Yup... I'm a spender. Thank God I don't have a daughter. I'm good with dressing my son like a 90 year old man: think sweat pants and tucked in shirts.
I have LL Bean rain boots. Better quality than Target because they are lightly lined. I also throw in the fleece liner they sell and wear them in the snow (think lightly snowing not hanging out on a mountain). Is she looking for rain boots or just trying to pick up the latest trend?
@dliz87 I may be biased bc I'm a Mainer, but you really can't go wrong with LL Bean. You may pay more, but you get a quality product that you'll use forever. I've never had an issue with any of their stuff and I've bought it all.
Re: Dearest oldest child!
Tell her to start doing your yard work and then you'll buy them

No, you cannot read a bedtime story to me while your brother cries from the other room. When I need to get to him-I need to get to him.
