(XP)Small gestational sac at 7w, stories? (Missa_g)

Ultrasound today showed baby right on track at 7w with hb of 129bpm but the gestational sac remains very small. Our RE is not optimistic and after a poor third beta and needing extra estrogen and progesterone support I'm realistic. But does anyone have a similar story to share? I would love to hear success or loss stories. My loss before the boys was very early and I just started bleeding, there was none of this limbo. I'm in uncharted territory.

    We had a very similar 7 week u/s and unfortunately the baby stopped growing about a week later. I am currently waiting to miscarry. I am sending you many good vibes that your result is much different than ours. ((Many HUGS))

    So much love and many hugs Missa. 

    Sadly, I do have experience with a small sac. Both the twins had small sacs, which then went irregular shaped, then the babies started to measure behind themselves before their hearts finally stopped beating. I hope that is not the case for you and LO.

    @luvboston, my RE does all the ultrasounds himself. This was my third ultrasound, baby has grown appropriately each time but sac has not. Yesterday baby took up 99% of the sac.

    I unfortunately have no input to share.  My loss was much like yours as I started bleeding almost right away.  Lots of positive vibes heading your way.

Have you scheduled a FU us to check for growth? GL!

    I'm getting an ultrasound every Monday at this point.

    BFP#1 12/18/10 EDD 8/28/11 | 2/14/11 discovered that our baby girl had anencephaly D&C 2/17/11 at 12.5 weeks | no O or AF post loss - Dx: AO + mild PCOS = secondary infertility Provera after 70 days = AF but no O | Provera + 50mg Clomid after 110 days = AF but no O 3 rounds of 100mg Clomid + Estrogen + Progesterone = mixed O results, all BFN hysteroscopy 1/6/12 - removed fibroid tissue injection cycle #1 - 75 IU follistim + ovidrel (triggered 2/9/12) + endometrin = BFP! EDD 11/3/12 | Beta @ 13dpo = 184, 17dpo = 993, 26dpo = >5000 IT'S TWIN BOYS!!
