Chocolate pie

in July 2012 Moms
My mom made us a chocolate pie and I forgot to refrigerate it over night. Should I toss it or keep it?? Usually I eat them so fast I don't have to worry about putting it in the fridge at all so I don't know

    All I think about when I hear chocolate pie is that movie where the maid put poop in the pie. (The name escapes me) so I vote no lol!

    Minnie made the best pies though (the movie was The Help)
