My sister-in-law is awesome.
She got my son two best bottom diapers for Christmas. Now I really do need to get some flats.
I'm hoping his thighs get chubby so that we can start flaunting them next week!
LOL I'm joining the club too! I purchased a few covers for my annual trip home and I am so impressed with the quality! Washed them yesterday and going to take them for a spin today!
I just put the Hucklberry cover on A! We got the large inserts. He would probably be okay with a medium, but I figure the large will last us longer. Besides if I want a better fit I always have my flats and prefolds.
So, I didn't bring enough ON fitteds on this trip, since I'm anticipating a TTNN delivery while I'm here. Unfortunately they haven't arrived yet and last night I needed to change his diaper around 3AM because we were awake due to jet lag and it was just something to do to pass the time. And I was out of fitteds. So, out came a prefold, snappi'd, and on top of that one of our new BB covers with a ON hemp/cotton insert snapped in.
I'm SO happy with these covers! I love how the inserts snap in. I've tried trifolding prefolds without a snappi, but they just bunch up and shift for some reason. Which is just find when we're hanging out during the day, but doesn't work for a side sleeper. It's so nice that everything stayed where it needed to with the snap-in insert, in the middle of the night when it's most important.
Agree here also. BB with inserts or BB with prefolds are great. I haven't had issues with trifold prefolds shifting in the covers, though they have bunched a little between the legs but with ds not being mobile it hasn't been an issue for us. The fact that ds is not a heavy wetter also helps.

Don't get me wrong, we haven't had any leaks with tri-folded prefolds, I'm just not sure if I want to trust them ON with my side/belly sleeper. So since I was out of fitteds last night I felt that Snappi was the way to go.
I know the BB inserts are pricey, but I love love LOVE them! Aren't they cheaper than grovia inserts though? That's why I resist the urge to buy grovia AI2s.
