Lets talk exercise and sexy legs.

I'm a healthy person who is naturally a great weight, eat great but never work out.
I hate my legs. No definition whatsoever!
I just realized we'll be boiling hot in the summer and will be wearing shorts (which I normally avoid!) so I need help..
Any exercise that you have found gives definition and tone to slightly wobbly legs?

  • I love the elyptical. Adjusting the incline and resistance. Makes mine less jiggly. However I have always had muscular legs due to gymnastics and dance most my life. So adding definition not my speciality!

  • Running a ton gave me awesome definition in my legs this past summer.

  • Barre classes are the best for isolating and toning the lower body muscles, hands down. You will also build strength, and lengthen & lean out your muscles with yoga.

    The elliptical is not going to give you the results you are looking for. Build strength instead.

  • Cardio and weight training work thee best, I swear by squats and lunges, and cardio kickboxing. When your pregs, theres not "much" you can do, if you never exercise you should probably start out slow, elliptical and walking on the treadmill with light squats and lunges should help your legs. Diet has everything to do with it, stay away from sugar and carbs, but you need carbs for the baby, soooooo Im not sure, just try and eat well and balanced. 
  • Squats and lunges.
  • Weight training. Dead lifts and squats. Look up what Carrie underwood does!! Also - look up "Get Glutes". It's an amazing program and they explain all the movements for you. Of course, alter a few of the exercises while you're expecting.
  • Weight training and cardio. Lunges and squats are the best!
