My almost 3 mo DS2 and I were struggling with OS. I met with an LC and began block feeding. It's been a few weeks and things have really improved. DS is starting to gain more wt, OALD is not at all what it used to be, and he is having the most wonderful yellow & seedy poops.

I'm feeling so relieved that we seem to be out of the woods. However, where do I go from here? Continue block feeding? Go back to feeding on one side per feeding, but alternating sides each time? Something else to consider is that I'll be returning to work PT in a week. I'll be pumping, but anticipate a possible dip in supply or pumping output.
Thoughts? TIA!
