Femara/Ovidrel this cycle, anyone else?

I'm new to this board but was wondering if anyone else was in the same boat as I am. I'm CD 9 and took the femara this week. I will go for an ultrasound on Monday and give myself an ovidrel shot sometime after that. I'm a little nervous about the shot and hoping I don't have side effects.

 Me: 33 Hypothyroid, HBP, Low Vit D Anemic, Stage 2 Adrenal failure. Unexplained Infertility
DH: 33 Cancer survivor 
Married Dec. 2007
10/2013 Clomid, bfn
10/2013 HSG, all clear
11/2013 Clomid, bfn. Cyst burst.
IUI #1 - 12/31/2013  Femara, Ovidrel - BFN.
IUI #2 - 1/31/2014 Femara, Ovidrel - BFN.
IUI #3 - 2/22/2014 Femara, Ovidrel - BFN.
IUI #4 - 3/24/2014 Femara, Ovidrel - BFN
IVF Summer 2014 -Cancelled!
Natural BFP 5/28! Beta: 545.
1st ultrasound 6/18 - one bean!

    This was my first cycle with the same protocol, I didn't experience any side effects from the trigger. It was a breeze, good luck!

    While everyone is different, I have taken Ovidrel twice and had no side effect. Another girl I know was on it and all she really said was after taking it she felt a fullness in her abdomen. Otherwise I haven't heard of any other effects. GL :)

    I am on my 3rd cycle of Femara and Ovidrel. I'll be doing my shot tonight and go in for IUI #3 on Monday. I have found if I don't think to much about it and just do it I have no problems. Sadly its becoming very routine. Also I didn't have any side effects at all. Good luck to you!
    Me 29 DH 30 Unexplained IF TTC since wedding May 2012. IUI #1 11/5/13-BFN.  IUI #2 12/5/13-BFN. IUI #3-12/30/14. All three with Femara CD 3-7 and Ovidrel trigger. +HPT 1/13/14 First +ever!!! Beta #1 195 Beta #2 1/15-533. Ultrasound on 2/4 showed one bean. EDD 9/22/14. Team Green turned Team Blue-Baby Conner arrived on 9/19/14.

    I'm on my fourth cycle with Femara+Ovidrel. I've never had any side effects with the Ovidrel. The shot is super easy. The needle is really small and you can barely feel it! I watched a few YouTube videos before my shot and that really helped. Good luck!

    The babies were born on December 16, 2014 at 35 weeks! They are home and doing well!
