Advice please.

I'm leaving today to visit the USA for one month. During my visit, I plan to stay with my mom for part of the trip and my dad the other part. If lo was adjusting, I hoped to stay with friends as well. We stayed at my in laws for a week at Xmas and it was awful. My lo barely slept and when he did it was very brief. It was the worst that his sleep has ever been. He has stayed here before and knows my in laws better than my family who he never met.

Anyway my lo needs to be sleep trained. We are at that point like many of you who are posting about it. Everything that I have read says do not sleep train if you are on vacation, major change etc. what would you do in this situation? If I do nothing he will be 7 months old when I return and I'll be attempting sleep training then.

What do I do? Help :)

Btw it's 2am here and I've been up 4x already before a very long flight b

    I would see how your lo does first and then decide, like pp said, try and get your parents to help. Good luck and let us know when you have arrived safely!
