    I vote real but not for long.  I told DH even before I got pregnant that if the ladies started looking like empty tube socks I was getting them put back in place when I was sure I was done having babies!

    I voted real but not for long. Before I met H I had surgery (8 years ago) and I lost and have maintained 150lb loss. I went from a D to an A and after breastfeeding, I have nothing. I was looking into body contouring surgery before we met but since we had DS and would like another, I'm waiting until we are finished having children.

    I voted real but not for long. I was a B cup pre-pregnancy & now I'm a full C. I really like the way they look and like @MrsHartman7 I don't want them to look like orangutan bewbies when I'm done with the kiddos.@cmcmillan0901 you're so brave.

    There's this trend in my area called the "Mommy makeover" which is a tummy tuck & boobs that you can get at pretty much any cosmetic surgery place. I do live in the land of plastic surgery though so I guess it's the norm.

    This! I also said to SO if my body gets wrecked after having kids I'm getting a mommy makeover!

    I did SS because they are real but have been altered by a reduction! Real boobs, fake boobs.. boobs are boobs. I need a lift after I'm done reproducing!

    I voted real. Would love to get some fake ones since breastfeeding stole what little bit I had. I try to keep the strong mama mindset about my new body, but let's be honest, some days I look in the mirror and think "holy hell. What happened to me..."
