I called them yesterday because my motor was starting to hesitate once in a while and they overnighted me a new pump no questions asked! I though I would open it and it would just be the bag and motor, nope brand new pump in the box with all the accessories! Made my day .... It's the little things in life :-)

Got it from a friend. They didn't ask where it came from, didn't ask for serial #s, nothing, just sent me a new one
