I feel like I go through periods of being here a lot, and then disappearing for two weeks. I fail. Sorry.

I hope everyone has been having a lovely holiday season and enjoying their new babies!
Kate's doing great and drinking three ounce bottles now. She's pushing 8 pounds! Her home nurse comes this afternoon so we'll get an official weight then.
I also had a bit of a shock this morning. I haven't been feeling well, and took a hpt on a whim. It was positive. I don't know how this happened. I mean, I KNOW HOW it happened, but....yeah. We were charting and using protection.
I'm nervous and scared, but I have peace that all will be fine. I set up an appointment with the doc who saved Kate and I the day I was transferred to Sioux Falls, for a blood test, making a plan, and to immediately set up care with a peri. My husband and I were planning on moving to Sioux Falls in the near future, but we may just do it earlier so I can be seen by the incredible doctor's there, instead of risking it with the teeny hospital in our town.
Just asking for some prayers, and letting ya'll know that I'll probably be around a lot more now - until I get more info from my doctor at my appointment on the third, I'm planning on resting as much as possible, just to be safe.
