Hi all, I've been the biggest lurker since I got pregnant, and finally decided to sign up. Too bad I missed the secret santa; it sounded like fun!

I have a DD who will be 7 months next week.

Yes! Are any of your LO's still using their swing? My DH is very resistant to putting it in storage. It broke like 2 months ago. It doesn't swing, but my DD still likes to sit in it sometimes. I have the Snug-a-bunny, and not sure what the weight capacity is. DD is close to 17lbs.

I think the weight capacity is like 25 lbs. we don't use it anymore just because I can't keep big brother from "helping" him swing

I am a full time mommy, but tutor kids in my area once my DH gets home. I also have a small online business that I normally work on during the weekends. I use to be a junior scientist before having DD.

yes. lol. I just started giving some juice to DD, and even then I only give it to her once in a while. I don't want her having too much sugar.

For fun? I like to try different wines, and that's about it. Not a lot of fun activities for me lately. Its hard to with a 6 month old.
Do you read?
I did, but haven't lately. The last book I read was a few months ago called The Eye of God. A murder mystery action type of book.

What's your favorite tv show?
Love Big Bang, I'll watch The Walking Dead, and that's about it.
What's your take on solids?
I started giving her tastes of solids at 4 months. Now she gets about .5 jar-1.5 jars a day.
