The media is just sad...

I keep seeing stuff all over social media about Paul walker faking his death...seriously?

I don't really follow Hollywood news, or really any news for that matter. What do you think? Is this a shitty spin to keep the story going? I know there are a few celeb gossip ladies on here.

Edit: changed thread title...I didn't realize how bad the "hoax" spin was. Looking around a bit I realized its complete AW spin and that pretty much makes me sick.

    Yeah, I'm poking around more and am seeing this is only being said by conspiracy theory type sites.

    If it's really just spin to gain coverage that is fucking sad. I can't imagine how his family must feel.

    I am usually a People.com reader at work, but I have been slacking on it so this is the first I have heard of it. Those celebs sites are crazy.... I don't believe one word of it. 

    The media is in the business of story making, reporting first, etc. I wish that they would wait sometimes to clarify their facts so they could report accurately. Not to thread jack, but the perfect example is my local station's reporting on the Target breach.... there has been SO much false information written about how these things happen, who reimburses who, etc. It drives me nuts.

    Yeah this makes me sad. Just let te poor guy rest in peace already. It's sad enough and why on earth would someone fake their death like that when they have a loving family to go home too. Like pp said the media just wants the story.

    I have seen some of the "articles" you are talking about. His death was super coincidental so people think it's a stunt to help publicity for Fast and Furious 7. Stupid.
