Activity walkers

in April 2013 Moms
We got two for Christmas - fisher price and v tech. Haven't opened up the second one yet. My question is, can you have the walker standing up with the wheels locked, or do the wheels only lock when they're flat?

    I know it doesn't help because its a different brand but we have the Chicco baby walker and the wheels can be locked on it while it is standing

    Vtech one doesn't have a lock standing up. It has a really slow setting, which is why I didn't buy it.

If your little one isn't ready for the walker part yet, there is no need to put the wheels or handle on yet. The wheels don't lock, just has two settings.
