Has anyone experienced this? I started weaning slowing over a period of a month in a half. I had been down to one pump a day for a few days and Christmas morning is when I decided to stop that pump. I am now at day two of absolutely no pumping. I feel depressed and so overwhelmed. It's the same overwhelmed feeling I had when LO was a newborn. I'm tired and just plain feeling ugly and fat again. I should feel a great sense of relief for having more time and not having to pump. I'm hoping I'm not a lone and that this is short lived and I can get my life back. I was just wondering if anyone else felt different when weaning their LO.
