This check-in is not necessarily exercise-related - I know a lot of us are trying to eat healthier and give up bad habits thanks to the motivation of pregnancy/new baby, so any kind of getting healthy is welcome here!

    Last week I lost more weight! Yay! And I wore my size 4 jeans to the mall this morning so I reached my Christmas goal!

    I'm going to relax a little this week and hope to just minimize the damage with a few workouts. Merry Christmas!

    I'm sticking with the tighten my tummy goal! Vacation is in July and I have dreams of getting back in my bikinis.

    I have TWO weeks off with baby. I'm just enjoying my time and loving life with him. He's such a sweetheart, I'm so in love!!!

  • I'm down 3lbs since DH has been home which is nice considering that I plan to eat everything in sight over the next two days. I'm also sticking to the tighten the tummy goal as well. We plan on spending a lot go time together this next week but we also have a couple of concerts and babysitters lined up too. Should be a fun time at the end of 2013!

  • Last week- Not much. Lol. I'm not losing, but I'm not gaining either.

    This week- Ha. I worked out yesterday. I plan to pick it back up Thursday.

    Goal- 15 lbs by my 30th bday, and joining the ladies in the flatten the belly.

    QOTW- My H is on vacay this week, so lots of family time and fun stuff.
  • last week I got out for some runs with dh and started lifting a lot more weights.

    this week dh is off work so we will hopefully get out for some long runs and try not to eat too much.

    my goal is now for my jean to be comfy by valentines day! I have also been thinking about new years reolutions and I was thinking about maybe only eating lunch out 1 time per week. I almost always cook dinner, but lunches out are my weakmess!

    I get the year off with lo, so I am enjoying the extra hands!

  • @bonniek10, he has a aden and anais blanket, then a thick fleece blanket in his car seat. Toque on (I think you guys just call these hats) mittens and a fleece jacket. Then car seat cover over top when we are transporting. We have a really good north face snowsuit though for when we are outside, but we don't go out when its this cold. Today we did go for a sleigh ride and he was fine. Its hard though, I would have a hard time having a newborn in this weather.

  • @bonniek10, his usual sweat pants, onsie, long sleeve and sweater outfit. I also put a hat on him. If yoh are holding him it should be fine, I would bring a blanket though too. The cold fresh air is good for them, he always sleeps well after :)

  • What did you do last week?  a few walks. We were still really sick.

    What do you have planned for this week? since it is friday already, not too much. Was going to try to go the gym today but I have been up since 2 am. I really need to drink more water. When I am at home I tend drink alot less.

    What is your goal? drink more water, try to get to the gym

    QOTW: Are you getting to enjoy some time off with your LO this week?  What are your plans? I am still off on my baby bonding time and will return to work at the end of Jan.
