I'm donating the piss colored sheepskin rug we received from MIL. Sadly the camera didn't quite capture the essence. The rug is used an includes not one, but two stains. Even the cat says WTF?

I've tried to pawn it off on people but H won't let me! He thinks we need to keep it since it was a gift. If he wasn't so into keeping it, I'd send it to you I'm a heartbeat!

I would like to donate two pairs of no scratch mittens given to me by my mother's neighbor, whom I have never met. The packaging was in Japanese and they were paper thin. I am still confused.

I'm so sorry!!! I now can't get the song "Zuckerman's Famous Pig" from Charlotte's Web out of my head. I'd put that sucker away and let it out when the cousin visits. No one will know.

I'll offer up the caterpillar rocking horse thing my MIL gave us. She got it at a yard sale, which would be fine except it's covered in crusty stains and is disgusting. Plus, LO won't be able to use it for months and months, if I was even willing to let him on the thing. It's sitting in a closet until I can throw it out/find someone who might want it.

I am ashamed to say the squirrel didn't make the move from our studio to our new apartment. *hangs head* dammit! I should have known that I would need that squirrel for something. I will now be digging to see if I took a photo of that magnificent gift.

Clothes go in a nursery right....this is from my dad's mother who never wanted anything to do with us kiddos growing up. But now I'm having "her first great-grand daughter" and that's all she talks about. Nothing like congrats, just that it will be HER first Great grand daughter. It's a good thing she lives halfway across the US as she won't be meeting this LO.

From here on out I will donate all the little hats and clothes this creepy lady at church has given me. At first it was sweet, then she started bringing things every week that she has gone out of her way to buy, at first I thought she was an old family friend as FIL is the pastor but my DH says she just started going to the church this year and he never knew her before. So it's starting to get a little creepy. She was also the one to ask if I was pregnant before I announced. I think she's a little baby obsessed.
Also I would like to donate the baby's first Christmas ornament I got for 2013 because one of my patients "just had a feeling". Yeah not so much.

This is currently in a box in the car to be donated, but I'd like to add the obnoxious quacking donald duck toy with a detachable jaw from FI's aunt. I'm sure she was trying to be nice, but the box is so damaged and the damn thing quacks on it's own. It's horrible.

Also, from the same aunt, we got a baby ring. She told us all about how she found it outside on the sidewalk and it would be perfect as a toe ring for Oliver. Thanks, but no thanks.

My friend is pink obsessed. Pink is actually my fave colour, as in if you are getting me a cupcake/flowers, make them pink. But that is all. There is nothing pink in my house, and I am trying very hard to have a non pink baby/nursery. My friend knows this. These are the 3 things of hers she is basically forcing me to have (I have told her they are not my style many times, I think she finally got it). Some of you may find them cute, so I do apologize!

Here's the rocking chair DH family heirloom that lives in our nursery. Now that the rest of the nursery is complete around it, I don't hate it quiiiite as much, but it's certainly a piece of work.

This reminds me of a chair you would see in a nursing home, and nursing homes realllllllllllllly creep me out!

I hereby bestow this f-ed up looking homemade teddy bear to the J14 WTF Nursery. I received it (graciously, reluctantly) from my MIL's weird friend, whose daughter made it for me and the baby. Before you defend her, the daughter who made it is 25 years old! (They are a weird, socially awkward family.)

Needless to say I will not give this to my son as it will surely give him nightmares and issues for the rest of his life. I can't in good conscience give it to the cat or dog as I worry the bear's evil spirit will kill them (or will at least pose a choking hazard).

The bear has now become a joke between DH and I as we take turns hiding it in each other's shoes, bags, windshield of the car etc.

I think this WTF item belongs in the WTF nursery.
