Does anyone have this? We got it for Christmas and just took it out of the box and the volume is really quiet. I really like it otherwise. Anyone else notice the same thing, or are our batteries just perhaps low or something?

I'd try switching the batteries... I noticed on one of LO's toys that it said it came with batteries, but they were "for demonstration purposes only. Not long-life batteries." so that's probably the issue

Does it have a volume switch on the bottom? I remember seeing that in the demo video, but you probably already checked that. Maybe the battery switch will help.

Thanks, ladies. We'll try replacing the batteries. @Trish625, we put it on the highest volume setting and it's still really quiet. Maybe it's a parent-friendly model, haha.

My DS got one of these for Christmas also but we haven't opened it yet. I'm going to try to put it together later today and I'll let you know about the volume.

We have one and it is loud. Usually I keep it on the quieter volume setting. This is a great toy and it got lots of use with DD1 who now at 2.5 still loves to dance around to it. So, it is worth exchanging it.
