Fussy baby

Since Saturday Ella has been fussy had a fever on and off sleeping a lot. Past two days she is eating a significant amount less naps have doubled in time digging at her ears so clingy..any thoughts?

Has she had a cold recently? I'd suspect ear infection.

Had a runny/stuffy nose for a week stopped for two days then this started up @Kate_C ..I'm calling dr tomorrow..could possibly b teething but I want to make sure especially cuz last two teeth came in they took forever
