I'm going to relax a little this week and hope to just minimize the damage with a few workouts. Merry Christmas!
I'm sticking with the tighten my tummy goal! Vacation is in July and I have dreams of getting back in my bikinis.
I have TWO weeks off with baby. I'm just enjoying my time and loving life with him. He's such a sweetheart, I'm so in love!!!
This week- Ha. I worked out yesterday. I plan to pick it back up Thursday.
Goal- 15 lbs by my 30th bday, and joining the ladies in the flatten the belly.
QOTW- My H is on vacay this week, so lots of family time and fun stuff.
What do you have planned for this week? since it is friday already, not too much. Was going to try to go the gym today but I have been up since 2 am. I really need to drink more water. When I am at home I tend drink alot less.
What is your goal? drink more water, try to get to the gym
