Help!

Lincoln will stand 1 inch from the TV any time it is on! I have tried buying him his own chair, turning it off, yelling, time outing, etc.

What can I do so my kid doesn't burn his eyeballs out?!?

    Yeah and he will sit there for as long as I let him. Some days I am so exasperated I just give up.

    Our tv is wall-mounted so it isn't a problem at our house. However, my bestie has a little padded storage bench type of thing that sits about 3 feet back from her tv. Her boys (and my DS) know that they can't watch tv if they are in front of the bench. The 3 of them line up at the bench and lean on it. Problem solved. Hope this helps.

    I would do it anyway and ignore the tantrum rather than ignoring the inches from the tv behavior. It's loud and obnoxious, but it typically works. Good luck!!
