18 month old and twin newborns - stroller?

I checked out the stroller FAQ, but some people liked one stroller when the kids are younger, another when they are older.  Two weeks ago we took in twins, and now I am still trying to figure this all out!  I love to get out of the house, and need a stroller that will accommodate me.  I will wear one twin, so I just need a stroller that can handle an Evenflo infant seat and an 18 month old.  Someone gave me some fancy sit and stand type stroller, but the infant seat doesn't seem secure on it and there is no way my 18month old will stay on the back of it (I loved it for my 3.5 year old and 18 month old, though).
I am really trying to not spend a fortune, since we have no idea if the girls are here for a few weeks or forever.

4/11 Started adoption process for 2 siblings through DCF. 10/12 Found out we are licensed! 12/14 Brought 3 week old identical twin girls home from the hospital.  Could be at least until Summer 1015 til we know if they are forever ours

    Found a rec on here for an attachment seat that goes behind the stroller - perfect!!! Now I can put off getting a double for a while. I will wear one, just my snap n go for the other and put the attachment on that for my 18 month old. Now as long as my 3.5 year old doesn't go through another phase where he wants to be in a stroller I'm set!

    Which attachment did you find?  The only ones I saw were really poorly rated on the websites, but there is not much to choose from.  I will have a 4 year old, 2 year old, and twin newborns, so I am thinking the attachment is a must :-).

    The Valco Twin Trimode w/ toddler jump seat has been a godsend for us....but it's not cheap, even used.

    This is the one I want ... but yeah, the price tag is a problem for us, and they don't really show up on craigslist. :(

    The Valco Zee Two is slightly less expensive and also has the joey seat attachment. It's also a bit more compact than the tri-mode twin.

    I did, thanks!  And thank you to the other ladies, if after a couple more court dates it looks like we are their forever home I will be looking into getting one of the strollers you recommended.
