After Begging DH And I To Watch LO When I Went Back To Work, MIL Now Complains That She Had To "Give Up Her Livelihood" To Babysit For Us.

If You Don't Want To Babysit, Fine, But Don't Pretend Like You Have Some Social Life To Get Back To.

Also, Not Sure What's Up With All The Caps. I Had My Phone Replaced And Now It Does This Dumb Shit.

Anyone Else Have A MIL Gripe This Week?

I just find it really funny that J is so tall and MIL is so short, J is almost half her size!!!! She has a really hard time holding him.

MIL told me that we have to keep buying gifts for each other (the adults) because its not fair that BIL wont have things under the tree to open Xmas morning.

BIL is 34.

Mine isn't about my MIL but about other family members.

So this year my mom is hosting Xmas eve and is doing the whole big dinner thing and presents then instead of on Xmas because its DH families turn for Xmas eve.

So Christmas Day some other famiy members are going to my moms for ham. They aren't able to come Xmas eve but it meant more to my mom to have me then her BIL/SIL there. Too bad for them. So they then bitch that they have to eat ham instead of turkey. RUFKM???? Big deal. A free meal and its not like its spam or KD. Anyways they are pissed off at us. But really I am thinking FU, and grow up.

I sent this picture to my MIL and SIL. MIL's response, "Cover his ears." Tha fuk? We were INSIDE and in the process of getting him re-dressed.

So now I have one. I cooked dinner for my family. My MIL took a couple bites of the chicken I prepared and fed the rest to the dog. Right in front of me. Cue me incessantly asking dh if the chicken tasted ok.

@shantxtell I don't think she realized I was looking. When I asked her what was wrong, she said she liked it but that she is on a diet. Manners are not her thing.
