I don't have fresh yeast and I'm not about to head to the grocery store this time of year. I found this recipe
https://iowagirleats.com/2011/05/13/no-yeast-required-cinnamon-rolls/ and I'm wondering if I could break this into steps? On Christmas Eve before bed I'd like to create the dough, make the logs, wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate overnight. Then in the morning slice, bake, and make the icing. Do you think this might work? We have a super busy Christmas day planned and want to keep things as simple as possible.
