Custody modification after Order of protection

We were ordered an OP today (see previous post).  I am wondering if now would be a good time to amend the CO.  BD still does not have suitable housing for over night visits (year and half later).  So he has not exercised any Christmas breaks, summer breaks, etc.  I would like to reduce the amount of time I have to let the kids go with him.  I would also like to change the time of night to return the kids to home on school nights.  Oh, and while I'm at it, I would like him to have to do all the driving.  Any experience with this?  Also wondering if the judge will order mental health eval and order anger management and parenting classes.  This is the second OP we have gotten against him.

    I would think now we be a good of time as any to amend the CO. Unless you think BD will downward spiral even more, giving you even more of the upper hand, then I would think now would be fine.

    A judge may or may not order a mental eval and/or anger management and/or parenting classes based on your reasoning and the judge's feelings on the matters.
