Solids: how much?

For those of you that are feeding solids, how much is LO eating in one "meal"? How long have they been eating solids?

For us, we've been eating solids for almost 2 months. Ellie is eating 1.5-2 of the Gerber 2nd foods. I think eat tub is 3.5 oz? We are trying BLW but she gets mad doing that because she's not actually swallowing much therefore she's still hungry.
