I have a tiny bit of extra skin that makes my belly button look funny. I wish that would go away but I don't think it ever will, even with a crazy amount of exercise.
If I could tone up and drop like 10lbs, I'd be better off than pre baby... a boob job helped that along though.
Just one thing? I guess I miss my perky boobs the most. I could deal with the gut, and the big thighs, and even the stretch marks if only my tits didn't hang to my knees.

Ouch @robinsokj! Does that hurt? Last week when I was coughing so hard I almost died I swear I re-seperate my abs. It was excruciatingly painful for one day, then nothing.
I gained way too much weight the first time so I have stretch marks in spots no one should have them. I've tightened up and tones a lot the last year but I still have a smiley face pooch under my c section scar
Boobs. I never had big ones but after baby #2, mine have disappeared! The same happened to one of my best friends and we joke about getting boob jobs.
Other than that, I like my body now better than pre-baby. Before baby #1, I drank a lot and although I was active and played volleyball, I was a little pudgy in places. Before baby #2, I was in better shape than before but I definitely kicked it up a notch after baby #2.
Honestly, nothing. I finally lost those last ten pounds a few months ago and I had a tummy tuck to get rid of excess skin. The excess skin was not really due to DS, it was due to being obese. I lost that weight a decade ago but the skin remained. So, in the game of body-hating I've been there and done that.
My daughter was 10lbs 9 ozs, so I got major stretchmarks. I miss a stomach that does not look like a topographical map of the Rockies. I also miss being able to laugh and sneeze without leaking a bit.
Re: Pre baby body
Exactly this. My stomach was never flat, don't get me wrong, but it was never quite so squishy and jiggly.
My waist was smaller and I had less midsection flab.
I am working on it (note ticker-- DD is almost two!). Slow and steady wins the race?

I didn't even think about bladder control. 100% that.
