Period After Natural MC question

Hi Ladies, my apologies in advance because I know questions like this can flood the board but I have a question for you.  I had a natural mc 11/25 after waiting 3 weeks after finding out I had a BO.  I have had two previous losses...one late loss and one mmc- with both previous losses I had a D&E and a D&C.  After my late loss, AF showed up about 4-5 weeks later (wasn't really keeping track because we were benched for 6 months). After my early mmc I waited a whopping 10 weeks for AF to show back up...so with this one I was bracing myself to wait a while once again.

It has been 24 days since my natural mc...I bled for about 2 weeks after and have lightly spotted brown nonstop since then. Ultrasound the day after MC showed an empty ute.  I passed my last real clot from the miscarriage about 2 weeks ago.  last night i started feeling what i thought was normal AF cramps...then this morning I wake up to the same thing and then red blood when I wiped.  I have had a light red flow since then...is this AF???  I just wasn't expecting it to come so soon (however my cycles have always been 23-24 days even after my losses).  Is it possible to have a cycle even thought I have had brown discharge from my mc?

I am supposed to call my RE on CD1 of my 2nd cycle to start my repeat loss testing so that is why I am so frantic to figure out if this counts as my first or not?  I will prob. also put in a call to my RE but wanted to get some input before calling him.

So sorry for all of your losses and thanks in advance for your help.

    Hope you were able to get ahold of your RE's office and get an answer.

    With my natural MC--counting the day bleeding started AF showed up exactly on schedule as to when my next period should have started.

    I'm going out on a limb and saying this probably really is CD1 of your first post mc AF.

    my period also started exactly when it was supposed to after my natural miscarriage. I was surprised.

    I am mobile and it's hard to quote, tried to fix it. :/

    It also sounds to me like you are on your fist AF after m/c. My first AF began exactly 28 days after my miscarriage. I was actually expecting AF about a week before that, according to my chart pre-miscarriage so your experience sounds normal to me. Good luck with everything and I'm sorry for your loss.
