I am going to kill him

If you see a headline about a pregnant woman sent to jail for murdering her husband, well that would be me. So last night labor pains and back pains kept waking me up. Got up and had a hot bath to see if that would help. I was timing them (30-45seconds every 4-6 minutes for over an hour). I was trying to be quite, but sometimes a little moan would escape. Know what he had the freaking stupidity to say? "What are you doing?" Me="timing contractions" him="oh, well i am trying to sleep here" really? Really?! Do not freaking go there you selfish asshat! I have not slept a full sleep in months, am having regular contractions, and still have to work in the morning. You get to lay around all day.

Then this morning when i wake him to take DD1 to daycare so i can maybe get a tiny bit of extra sleep? He proceeds to stomp around like a child making as much noise as humanly possible and even send DD1 to "go see momma". I lost my shit all over him. And now? More contractions. Aaaaaarrrrrggggghhhhhh!

    Ooh I'd be so mad!!!! Ugh they are all the same! Sat night I was having some too and started timing them. After an hr of having them 5-6 mins apart I mentioned it to my husband that I'm not sure and that I'm gonna keep an eye on it and that I was pretty uncomfortable. His response. " Oh I really hope it's not tonight, I'm so tired and not feeling well. I could really use a good nights sleep tonight". Oh I'm SO sorry to inconvenience you !! Like I don't have enough to worry about now I have to worry if it's the right time for YOU! Ha he promptly apologized. I swear they just don't think!

    Yeah, they go and come. I will have them for an hour or two then they stop for and hour or two, then...this has been going on for a week and I am frigging miserable. I just want to curl up in a ball and go back to sleep!

    I am glad your contractions slowed down a bit. I agree that murder would be totally justifiable in this case!

    I hope you are feeling better, and try to take it easy! I'm sorry YH is being crappy, quite brave of him to be messing with a pained pregnant mama. He deserves whatever he has coming to him ;):p

    I'd commit myself to a full week of 4am vacuuming, banging of pots and pans, singing obnoxious music loudly and other really mean ways to keep a person awake just when they are comfy. Revenge is a dish best served cold and after a few sips of wine so you can relax after the mischief!
