Help. Not sure if my lil' guy is sick....

Ok, so yesterday lil' man napped longer than usual, woke up today 2 hours later than usual, and has been lathargic all morning.  He woke up with a dry diaper (which is highly unusual)...  but we were out all day yesterday, and he drank less than usual too.  He ate breakfast fine, drank his milk fine, but has been quieter than usual, playing quietly, and not getting into trouble like he normally does. 
He has no fever, runny nose, vomiting or diarrhea...

What could be wrong?  Or is he just having a lazy morning?  Weird.
Me: 36 (Endo) DH: 39 (Azoo)
5 DIUI - BFN
IVF#1 - BFP - AJ 7/12
FET#1 - BFP Due 7/24/14

    Thanks ladies.  Yesterday, after I posted this I checked his temp, and it was slightly elevated at 99.5... so not really a fever, but I gave him some tylenol and put him down for a nap.  When he woke up he was feeling better than had the biggest, nastiest blowout I have ever seen!  After that, he was back to his usual self.  I guess he just had a tummy ache and whatever was bothering his bowels was making him out of sorts.  I knew something was up.  Glad it was nothing serious though...
