we fell :( twice

J fell off the counter. Dh was making him a bottle while I went to the bathroom and heard a huge thunk. Came down stairs and J's screaming and Dh is holding him with the most scared look on his face. I guess he fell flat on his back. J reached for me and I got him calmed down and fed him his bottle while DH called the on call dr. They said because of his age they had to send us to the ER.

Then on the way to the car, I slid on the ice and fell while carrying J!!!!!

The ER people were great and told us J was completely fine, they're not worried about him. He was alert and smiling the whole time. My body is a little sore from protecting J during our fall but all in all, we're fine but there will be lots of loves and cuddles today!

Oh my gosh, how scary! I was crying when Emmett fell backwards from a sitting position on the floor and banked his head, so I can't even imagine how upset you must of been. I'm so glad that J is doing well!

Aww, I'm so sorry! I am glad everyone is ok! DD1 fell off the couch when she was less than 3 months old, she screamed bloody murder and I was terrified but she ended up being ok.

A very similar thing happened to our DS when he was around 4 months. DH was supposed to be watching him and he saw me heading over from a few feet away and he started to leave DS behind on the counter and he rolled off. We felt horrible, especially DH. He ended up being absolutely fine and we got a big reminder to be more careful. I'm so glad your DS is okay too!
