Benedryl?

Laying here wide awake in the middle of the night with pounding head pressure... I'm tempted to go out and buy some Benedryl. Anyone try it? Does it work for insomnia/ head pain?

    It makes some people sleepy, I take it at night to help me sleep and for my sinus issues.  You could take Tylenol with it for the headache if it isn't sinus related :)
