MAM Anti-Colic Bottles - Leaks?

Our son who is a week old loves these bottles which were recommended by the speech pathologist (he had a lot of trouble taking a bottle).  The only problem we have with them is that they leak.  Does anyone have experience with this system and recommendations for how to stop the leaks?

I know we can use the MAM nipples on other bottles but really prefer the anti-colic as he tends to be gassy and we want to prevent as much of that as possible.

    The five piece bottles are great but if you don't screw them together really tightly they will leak a little. My husband puts them together and they don't leak when he does it. Powerhouse, I tell ya. Just be sure to put the bottom rubber piece in the base very snug before screwing on the bottom to the main piece.
